The Viva Center offers 1.3 million SF of industrial space, 1 million RSF office/tech lab space, and 2 million SF of parking garages. Located on SH 249 between Beltway 8 and the Grand Parkway, the campus features versatile conference facilities, 6,000+ garage parking spaces with skywalks, a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, and outdoor pavilion. Hike & bike trails connect to the adjacent 80-acre Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve.
