Eduardo J. Morales is the President and CEO of Mexcor International and Morales Capital Group, where he exemplifies visionary leadership and a deep commitment to empowering others. A fourth-generation entrepreneur from Veracruz, Mexico, Eduardo was inspired early on by his family’s century-long legacy in the alcohol beverage industry. His upbringing fueled his ambition to expand his family’s brands into the U.S., a drive that has defined his career.
At Mexcor International, Eduardo has positioned the company as a leading Hispanic-owned importer & distributor in the alcohol beverages, recognized for its innovative and out-of-the-box approach into the business. Guided by principles of All-in, Future Thinking, and People Focus, Eduardo’s leadership fosters strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, driving sustained growth and success.
Beyond Mexcor, Eduardo’s entrepreneurial spirit is powerfully expressed through Morales Capital Group where he strategically invests across a variety of industries including Real Estate, Alcohol Beverages, HPC Data Center Tech, Renewable Energy and 3PL warehouse/logistics. His business philosophy is rooted in bold, unconventional thinking and a relentless pursuit of opportunities, no matter how complex. Eduardo’s approach is marked by aggressive problem-solving, a keen sense of market dynamics, and a fearless commitment to disrupting the status quo to achieve sustainable growth.
Eduardo is also passionately driven by his desire to advance education and philanthropy, particularly in initiatives supporting children and underserved communities. In 2022, Eduardo, accompanied by his wife, Maria, chaired the ‘Celebration of the Century: 100 Years of Care’ Gala and the Shriners’ Cowboy-Chic Gala, playing a key role in raising over $1.5 million for Shriners Children’s Hospital. Today, he and his wife serve as co-chairs for the Gala on the Green 2025 event at Discovery Green Park in Houston, Texas.
Eduardo’s contributions to education extend to his service on the Community Advisory Council at Lone Star College-University Park, The Chancellors Advisory Council at TCU, and the Truist Community Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization-Gulf Coast Chapter and the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America, where he continues to influence industry leadership.
